Dear valued customers,

Vietnam is known for its richness of natural resources with high quality calcium carbonate powder. However, back to the 2000s it was still an open market with not many players. Vinacolour’s founder (Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong), with the background knowledge of a chemical engineer, soon realized the potential value of the country’s precious resources. He has devoted to producing calcium carbonate filler masterbatches and making Vietnam become a market leader in the industry.

QUALITY

Stable quality with good production techniques and strict control.

Filler Masterbatch contains 70%~80% Calcium Carbonate with natural white.

White Masterbatch is made of the high quality TiO2 (Rutile TiO2), polyolefine resin and other special additives.

Black Masterbatch is made of the high-quality carbon black, PE resin and other special additives

Vinacolour mainly uses high quality pigments from world-class suppliers such as: Ciba, Basf, Clariant, All bright in our colour masterbatch.

Desiccant Masterbatch contains 70% calcium oxide. It functions as a modifier to absorb the humidity.

Basing on detail requirement of customer, Vinacolour also develops customized grades.

The biodegradable plastic has been developed by Vinacolour and VC Research Center. The main aim of our project is to develop materials and packaging that will add zero pollution to our environmental footprint, and ideally, will be climate-neutral.
